After years of dealing with an outdated and portable recording system, both students and faculty at the Shepherd School of Music at Rice Unviersity were ready for a permanenet updates to accomodate their 250 plus recitals each year.
The update included:
- Vaddio HD robotic cameras strategically mounted in the space with input from the Rice IT department to maximize camera angles and minimize the impact on the classical look of the space.
- A Blackmagic ISO recording system with camera control.
